Melissa qualified as a solicitor in June 2012 and has spent her formative years at a well-known London law firm advising ultra-high net worth individuals and families in relation to private client matters. In particular:

• Advising on areas of UK immigration and the relocation process, including, minimizing UK tax exposure for non-domiciled individuals who wish to move to the UK;
• Advising on offshore structures.
• Multi-jurisdictional trusts and succession planning.
• Establishing charities and working closely with Directors of leading arts, philosophical and environmental charities, and
• Latterly, Melissa helped set up and run the law firm’s multi-family office business.

Melissa is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA).

Alexis qualified as a solicitor in September 2012 and has practiced in leading law firms in London and Dubai.

Alexis previously specialized in Commercial Litigation, acting for large corporations, before making the transition into Immigration Law.  Alexis advises on all aspects of UK immigration for individuals and businesses.

Alexis is fluent in Spanish and is able to work at a high level in French and Italian.

Alexis is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) and also acts as a Lay Representative for two specialist advisory committees affiliated with the Royal College of Physicians.
